    Kol HaLev programs are aligned along the axes of our strategic values. Values Team Leaders (who are members of the Board of Trustees) coordinate thinking and activity between different values areas and their related committees, oversee the process of translating strategy and policy into operational reality, and measure effectiveness of programming.
