"The People vs. Abraham: A Trial"

    GUILTY OR NOT GUILTY?

Cleveland Marshall College of Law Moot Court Room, 1801 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland

Join Kol HaLev for our third dramatic live courtroom battle, at which YOU, the jury, will decide Abraham's guilt or innocence! Tickets on sale NOW! Click here to order online with a credit card or download a mail-in order form.

Abraham has been charged with attempted murder and child endangerment! Was the Patriarch following God’s instructions, or intentionally causing his sons to suffer? Witness the drama as two prominent attorneys go toe-to-toe:

Presiding Judge: The Honorable Dan Aaron Polster, U.S. District Court
Defense Attorney: Avery Friedman, civil rights attorney, Chief Counsel of The Fair Housing Council and CNN legal correspondent
Prosecuting Attorney: Geoffrey S. Mearns, President, Northern Kentucky University, former Provost, Cleveland State University and Dean, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law

While the jury votes are tallied, a distinguished panel will bring a religious perspective
to the difficult moral and ethical issues highlighted in the trial:

Rabbi Steve Segar, Kol HaLev, Cleveland’s Reconstructionist Jewish Community
The Rev. Leah C.K. Lewis, Eastview United Church of Christ
Imam Ramez Islambouli, Professor of Islamic Studies, Case Western Reserve University  and Cleveland State University and President of the Uqbah Mosque Foundation of Cleveland
Panel Moderator: Dan Moulthrop, CEO, The City Club of Cleveland
