High Holy Days 2023/5784 information for Kol HaLev members
![]() |
Shana tova, Kol HaLev members!
Your High Holy Days registration and information packets should arrive in your mail and email mailboxes around August 29.
Soon you will also be able to download a packet from a link at the bottom of this member page.
High Holy Days Services and Programs
We're so pleased to be able to hold our services and programs in-person again this year. In order to keep the entire community safe, Zoom and livestream options will also be available, and we will all be following some important updated health protocols when together, for which we ask your cooperation.
Members can also invite nonmember guests at no cost. Please see your member registration packets for more information for how to register guests. Know folks who might be interested in membership? Let them know about our Immersive Holiday Membership option. (Note: A guest registration packet will be coming soon to this webpage, which will include information about the special immersive experience option.)
The Return of the Rosh Hashanah Potluck!
We will once again be sharing a festive meal following services on Rosh Hashanah Day 1! Recalling our pre-pandemic Rosh Hashanah Luncheons, our simplified Festive Potluck Kiddush reflects our desire to make it fun and easy to gather for a nosh and schmooze, while being thoughtful of the time and energy our volunteers are able to commit.
Volunteer!
Speaking of volunteers: Please sign up for one of those brief but important shifts as greeter, welcome table volunteer, service reader, etc. Your help ensures we offer a smooth and meaningful holiday experience for our members and guests. You can see all the opportunities in your registration packet.
Registration is required for in-person and Zoom attendance. Deadline: Sunday, Sept. 10
Your prompt registration is essential to helping us deliver a excellent experience. So we can plan adequately for volunteer and technology needs, we ask for your timely registration if you plan to join ANY services in-person or via Zoom.
Once again, registration is entirely online. We've made it easy to register, and we're here to help if you need it. Don't use a computer? Don't worry, we've got you covered. See your member registration packet for more information, including how to get registration help.
High Holy Days registration is now closed. If you need to make a change, would like to volunteer during Yom Kippur, or have an additional guest you'd like to invite, please email connect @ kolhalev.net and a volunteer (replying from their own email address) will get back to you promptly.
Everything you need to know to register will be downloadable, here, by late August:
- KOL HALEV MEMBERS' registration packet (Members, use this one to register yourself and your household.
- NOTE: Members will also be sent a member registration packet by both mail and email that contains the full schedule of events.)
