    Religious Life at Kol HaLev

Kol HaLev’s religious life is characterized by an abundance of varied opportunities for members and guests to connect with each other and with the transcendent in joyful, co-creative ways. Our kehillah (community) is uniquely accepting and supportive of diverse practices and beliefs.

We are grounded in the Reconstructionist notion that “tradition has a vote, not a veto,” and we are cognizant that each person finds communal and spiritual fulfillment in different ways.

Members work with our rabbi to create, co-lead, or host our religious services and Shabbat and holiday observances. Whether you enjoy the “traditional” Reconstructionist service, or prefer an alternative worship opportunity, you are sure to find an engaging and thoughtfully constructed experience at Kol HaLev.
